This list, as above is how things stand. However I have had a good look at my finances and unfortunately after sending two throttle bodies at a cost of $50 I have to pull out of my top position. My loss will be someone else gain. I remain convinced that FAST-XR'S product is a worthwhile investment, particularly for higher rev power response, however I cannot afford the Australian dollars at this point in time. I have email FAST-XR stating I would pay him this weekend, but will now have to send him another email suggesting someone else should take it instead.

I would like to simply open this up to a lottery to be randomly selected by my missus (who does not use Fordmods or even like me using it!) Could you please reply to this message if you are not on this list of prospective winners for the EF/EL throttles ;-

metasaiah (EF), Shortshift (EF), twindongs (EL), weeman (ef/el), sblythman (please confirm you're EF/EL)

I'll get the missus to randomly select a name from the list about dinner time FRIDAY 20th... This is your chance to jump to number one on the list and drop me down to a later installment.

The missus has decided to hand my position to the first name on the list. I didn't tell her that is was in any order or anything. So... Metasaiah, it is yours if FAST-XR and you agree to terms....

I got mine today at lunch time, im very happy with it. Only thing i had to do was get a new throttle body gasket and sand the inside of it to about 69mm and then it went straight on. The revs sit at about 1000-1100rpm now and thats turned all the way down. It has picked up power up in the high revs, usualy you would feel it start to ease off at about 4500rpm and now its just keeps pulling until it changes gears. I wonder if i up the rev limiter and change the way the auto changes i might get even more power?

anyway it was a good buy, thanks Vince

Try making another ISC gasket with smaller holes, to "choke" how much air it lets in at idle. Start with 3mm or 4mm holes in the gasket first, then if it has lowered the rpm's too much, bump up the base idle till your happy with it.

If the idle is still too high after using smaller holes, then block off the isc completely with a new gasket, see if that helps
