for sale.. and much regretted....

#my 1st mod was a no name extractor install... -yay!..
#added the cappa dash mat..
#installed a 2.5 inch cat back exhaust..
#added the AU tickford snorkle..
#added DBA cross drilled and slottted rotors..
#converted my number plate to the white back ground black letters type..
#soon was a T5 conversion..
#Added LIMO TINIT..
#added the Fairlane Ghia clear side indicators..
#Added chrome Fairmont ghia door handles..
#added the hub adapters to run the ^^ rims.. au/ba offset rims..
#added kenwood 7x10's..
#Fairmont ghia cappa leather interior..
#stage 4 it's engine (long) -ditched the crow cam for a monster billet item..
#installed the 3.45 EF XR LSD diff..
#installed the 3 inch mandrel bent intake..
#installed the dvd install (headunit/roof mount 8 inch/twin 8 inch head #rest moniters)
#Installed the white dash guages..
#added the Fairmont ghia leather hand bake with chrome button...
#installed the cappa buttons in the dash/and full cappa seat belts.. indictor stalk)
#junked the it's head/cam and installed a CMS head and cam combo..
#back to "JUST" DBA slotted rotors..
#added a cms special 1.1 tonne clutch.. (heavy duty)
#then dumped on super lows in the front.. ultralows in the rear for that "flat look"...
#ditched the clear tailights for "tint shade modded" Ef Fairmont taillights..
#added the Chrome Fairmont GHia number plate surround..
#added the FAirmont GHia bonnet complete with the chrome bonnet spear
#added the BA falcon air box..
#added Fairlane Ghia chrome door moulds..
#changed to a EL Fairmont ghia chrome grille...
#dbadged the rear filler panel..
#added the AU Fairmont ghia steering wheel..
#added the momo lookalike EL GT Gear knob..
#added a billet short shifter..
#added other assorted wood grain imitation dash parts..
#added fairlane ghia leather 3 and velour 1 inner grab handles..
#with help from green machine i built the Hybrid BA GT front bumper...
#filled in the strips of the standard mirrors for a "smooth look"..
#the went back to the current rims.. AJR 20's.. 225/30/20 front 245/30/20 rears..
#installed BA SR side skirs.. -baught "chopped" from "paulc"..
^^^a year later the BA GT bar was smashed by a rogue tyre on the free way and replaced by the NEWGEL BF Typhoon front bar...
#paited the brake calipers Metallic blue.. thanks bunnings...
#added chrome stripping along the window sills and front bumper..

#blue printed balance'e bottom end.. "stage 4 it's engine".. 100,000km onn it.. -high volume oil pump and acl race series pistons/gasket kit..

stage 3 head/cam from CMS at liverpool sydney.. (head is ported polished shaved)..

crow cam adjustable cam gear..
Pacemaker "comps" extractors..
high flow catalytic converter..

makes anywhere from 150 RWKW -174RWKW on various dyno's..

and with good launch teqnique and good fast shifting can have her running low 14's.. 14.1 being my fastest time.. but expect anywhere from 14.2.14.4 on average.. all at about 94 mph-97 mph... 2.0 sixty footer's..

has rego until the 28th Feb 2009..

$7000 ono ps.. my fairmont now rolls on my BF XR6 Turbo alloys.. great traed left.. 235/45/17's.. dunlop...

will be staying on my bf.. :wink:

she sits very low with the 17's on her.. lol.. the 20's propped her up 1.5 inch'es over the 17's.. :lol:

cheers drifty... pics will be up soon of the car with the bf rims.. and a pic or two of the interior.. more info..

central locking needs attention..
air con needs re-gassing..
heater needs attention..
drivers side lcd head rest has s**t itself...

290,000km on the car..
100,000 on the bottom end...
40,000 on the new head and cam package..

had a new brake booster installed january 08 with new disc's and pads.. but due to having my xr for atleast 4 months now i have not realy driven the fairmont much..
The fire wall is also "re-inforced" and is in no danger of failing like it once did age's ago..-fixed by Joe at "crescent motorsport..

The price is very negotiable...

$7000 geez thats so cheap! if i had the cash now i would probably f**k the plan for buying a bf and get this thing freighted to perth.

I just spent the last month trying to convince my insurance company not to write my EF Fairmont off and to fix it and they finally said ok they'll fix it if it was written off i would have had $7000 to buy this magnificent beast how p****d am i now.

Cos slotted and drilled crack i dare say would be the reason, My front ones did, i still hav drilled rears but

hows the damage on the car such as body and general wear and tear?

noticed the rear bar sits a little down
any particular reason for this ?
and how bad is that passenger rear quarter?
any cracks or tears on the interior?
does it come with a stereo
if so consisting of what?
did u forget to mention the boot install:lol:
bit more info would be nice

oh and just 1 other thing i always been curious about

the car is white
did u paint the engine bay or was already like that when u got it?


if i hadnt have just bought the ed fairmont i would jumped on this by now
if no1 offers i still might :P
im over the boxcar shape need a sleeker shape

old age.. the disc was worn down and so needed replacing.. didnt bother with the cross drillled rotors.. just replaced them with slotted dba's.. - i never had any problems with cracking disc's...
