I have decided to part out my car so I am selling the turbo setup from it.

I dont want to seperate anything at this point as it is worth more all together as a bolt in kit.

At 10psi this system made 202rwkw at Rank Rotary and a few months later 186rwkw at Hallam performance. Bare in mind my engine and trans were both over 300,000km in age, the engine didnt have great compression so the figure on a decent engine should be a bit higher.

When it was dynoed at 202rwkw, It ran a 13.67 @ 105 mph running a standard single spinner diff and 205 tyres.

This setup will support over 300rwkw without any other upgrades needed and more boost.

It includes:
-A Garrett GT3540 roller bearing turbo with internal gate rated at 600hp.
-A bar and plate intercooler painted black and modified to fit snuggly behind an EA-ED bumper. It is barely visible for that sleeper effect.
-Black cooler piping made by Rank Rotary
-578cc injectors custom made sourced my Rank Rotary, these cost me $1200 6 months ago.
-A walbro 600hp in tank fuel pump which is yet to be fitted
-A custom tubular manifold.
-A full 3 inch mandrel bent exhaust from the turbo back including a 2 month old 3 inch cat and high flow muffler. I had this changed again when the car was lowered.
-A wolf 3d version 4 including hand controller, this also includes a adjustable boost solonoid to regulate boost flow.
-Intake pipe with pod filter to place it behind the headlight on the drivers side.
-all braided lines and custom copper piping for oil and water Rank Rotary did a very professional job on all this stuff. This was the first E series to pass through their doors and many more have been through there since.

This setup is fully capable of over 300rwkw with more boost.

You wont have to buy anything else to make this power unlike half of the kits found on ebay or in other places, it is 100% complete. It is proven to run 13's by me on low boost.

It comes with everything you need to fit it to your car from air filter to exhaust tip.

Ill have some better pics up tomorrow night when I take some.

Im asking $6000 for the complete setup, compare this to the price of a JMM package or piecing together your own package good for over 300rwkw.

I also have a brand new bottom end to suit with ACL race series pistons, that have been machined to drop compression to 8.5:1 with a standard head, its has been fully balanced and it ready to be fitted. I want $1000 as I paid $1100 for it and it hasnt been removed from the packaging yet.

In in melbourne.

Thanks guys
Dan

Nice turbo kit. BUT Im interested in the engine if its not part of it.

Just wondering first apart from ACL Race Series pistons, and a stock head, what else has been done to this bottom end? bored? how much? decked? you said blalanced, which crank (EA, EB, EBII, ED, etc..)? Also would you consider sending it over to sydney?

Cheers

It is well worth a loan, get it now and enjoy it while paying it off, its a bargain at this price.

Sounds like a reasonable price for an absolutely complete package.

yep, it has to go. I need to offset my new loan a bit to keep the parents happy.

Whatver was on my car as part of the install in included. I have spent about 10K getting it all setup on mine and now it is a simple unbolt from my car and bolt in to yours job. The thing you will have to add is a drainback hole in your sump.

Ill have to give ebay a go once I activate the selling feature. I have to wait for a mailout from them first.
