will take $1000 cash for the car. not negotiable. offer only available until 7th March. if it doesnt sell by then i'm going to get in and do all the work myself, register it etc, then sell it for a lot more. only reason i'm selling it is because both my oldest kids get there P's in a couple of weeks time and they cant drive V8 cars so i'm wanting to get a smaller car.

I have a NA 6cyl in very similar condition I am trying to sell
 The kiddies can drive that no problem. viewtopic.php?f=17&t=87792 You just need to put the replacement trans in I bought from BenJ, register it and your right to go. I'll even hire the car float, drop off the NA and take home the NC.

i'm very very interested, are the leather seats electric? is there anyway you'd be able to put the gearbox in? my health is bad at the moment, which is one of the reasons i havent been able to work on the V8

The leather seats are electric, I just haven't connected them up to 12v yet as the NA's don't have the plugs under the console to connect to. I will have them connected before the car goes anywhere.
I'd love to help you out with putting the gearbox in, but I don't have anywhere on the property to do it safely at the moment, or I would have done it already. Perhaps some of the Sydney boys would like to help out when I bring it down and show some FM community spirit to help someone out in need I'd stay to help as well, but it's not a one man job.I'm off to take the family 4wd'ing for the day, if I have no bids on ebay or it hasn't reached it's reserve price by the time I get home this arvo, I'll give you a ring to discuss. ok, due to some major drama happening here this car has to go, i'm open to any reasonable offer. other than everything mentioned in the post the only thing no longer available with the ford is the radiator. first person in with a reasonable offer and who can pick it up asap gets the car. will be posting another post on fordmods with this new offer.
so get in quick guys, you'll never get a bargain like this again. |
