Whats the difference between xr6 and standerd fuel regulator and whould it fit ef xr6?

Xr is 250psi standard is 200psi
will not fit a ef sorry

In your dreams. The XR is 300kPa, standard is 270kPa. This is 43.5 PSI and 39 PSI respectively.

Now this is the pressure differential between the fuel rail and the manifold vacuum. If you put a pressure gauge on the fuel rail the pressure you measure will be dependant on manifold vacuum. You will only read the pressure listed above while the engine is not running but the fuel pump is.
