I'm looking to sell the supercharger off my car as I'm heading in a different direction.

It is a Powerdyne BD-11 SilentDrive Belt Drive supercharger ( http://www.powerdyne.com/silentdr.htm ).
This is originally from a CAPA 9psi kit to suit EF-EL (original price of around $5,500.00). I've had it for a few years, but as this is my play car it's done very little kms in that time - approximately 20,000km.
Approximately 2,000kms ago the supercharger was rebuild by Tim Staier from Raptor Superchargers in Queensland. During this rebuild the unit was fitted with:

* 928 High-Performance Replacement Impeller for Powerdyne Superchargers ( http://www.928motorsports.com/parts/pow ... peller.php ). This is a CNC milled impeller, which improves the efficency by 20% - so this means 20% more boost at the same RPM! And also makes the unit more efficient to a higher internal RPM (60,000rpm instead of the original 48,000rpm), so you can run a smaller pulley on it and still have it operating efficently.
* higher speed and higher temperature rated ceramic bearings (to prolong it's like and allow higher internal RPMs)
* a stronger Gates internal belt.
* Raptor Active Air Cooling system to keep the internal temperature of the supercharger to a safe level and prolong it's life span. Basically this is a little electric air pump that pumps cool air through the supercharger to cool down it's internal running gear.
The rebuild alone was well over $1,500.00, the CNC impeller alone was $750.00ish.

The bracket is the proper CAPA setup. I have two brackets available, the first is for EF-EL 4.0L I6, but can easily be adapter to suit AU 4.0L Intech 6 too. The second is for AU VCT 4.0L Intech 6 and can also easily be adapter to run on a non-VCT AU 4.0L Intech 6. These come with the idler pulleys (of which there is 4 spares), posts, bolts etc. Each of these bracket setups retails for over $1,000.00 each from CAPA.
I have 3 belts to suit - one has seen better days and I use as my testing belt to test and ensure it's lined up correctly, one has been used but is still in perfect condition and a brand new spare belt still in it's original packaging and unused.
I have 3 pulleys to suit the supercharger, they are 2.9" (CAPA rated 5psi - now 6psi), 2.7" (9psi - now around 11psi) and 2.5" (potentially up to 15psi). Boost levels depend on how you set it up though and with the new impeller it makes around 20% more boost than it did at the exact same RPM with the old impeller. I personally have never put more than 9psi into my engine due to it only being tuned for 9psi.

The intercooler setup consists of:
*300 x 300 x75mm PWR Air to Air Intercooler ( http://pwr.com.au/#/view=products/s=is/ http://pwr.com.au/#/view=products/s=is/ ) - it's small for a turbo setup, but large enough for a supercharger setup.
* 3" aluminium piping.
* all the silicone joiners are Turbosmart brand ( http://www.turbosmartonline.com/index.php?id=40 ), not el cheepo crap.
* 3" hose clamps to suit hose clamps - I think they're Gates brand or some other big name hose clamp mob.
* Turbosmart Dual Port Adjustable BOV ( http://www.turbosmartonline.com/index.php?id=48 ). This has been rebuilt with the supercharger kit through it to have the correct spring setting to suit a centrifugal supercharger setup. It includes heaps of parts for this too - stiffer springs, different size trumpets, etc.
* 928 Motorsports Universal Adjustable Boost Limiter Valve (BLV) ( http://www.928m.com/parts/boostlimitervalve.php ). It's a mechanical means to bleed off any excess boost or to protect from overboost - adjustable from 1 - 30psi.
* Intake for the supercharger is 3.5" piping.
* K&N air filter, mounting bracket, pre-Charge filter cover, etc.
This lot cost over $2,500.00 to build up.

Chasing $3,500.00 which is very cheap considering the costs of building it up. It's everything you need to bolt it on, you just have to sort out the ECU and fuel side of things.
It's still in the car and can be run etc. for anyone interested in looking.

Hey man, what direction are you going to head in?

Did you already sell the engine?

Nah it's not tuned. I'm only running about 7psi max at the moment on a fairly generic tune on the ChipTorque piggyback chip.

Nah, not so much at this stage. There's a couple of options in the pipeline, and I'll make a decision which way to go once this is gone.

Nah, the engine is staying now. I'm no longer looking to get rid of the car. After driving it around for the last few days I'm keen on it once again, just need to change the power a bit...
