hey guys change of plans so one of my cars is up for sale was going to put my stroker motor in it but have decided against it. its a dark blue ef xr8

EXTERIOR:
paint work is average has a few scratches here and some cracks in the paint in the nose cone. has body kit is a tickford fiberglass one, its missing the front spoiler and it has some cracks in the skirts but all repairable.

ENGINE:
has full 2.5 twin exhaust system
has explorer manifold,
it runs a bit rough only cause the guy i bought it off hadnt driven it in a year cause he has no licence.
i also suspect it has done a big end bearing as it has a bit of a knock (sounds like bolts in the exhaust) and oil pressure drops off after about halfa of driving
the auto trans doesnt quite shift properly it sticks from 1st to 2nd and 3rd to 4th shifts properly under very light acceleration and with your foot to the floor but sticks when accelerating normally

INTERIOR
interior is in good condition.

doesnt need much for a roady i have the list somewhere will chase it up needs things like bush's rear rotors and 2 front tyers i think

i am wanting $3500 thats what i paid i have spent about 500 on it since ive had it. its been fully detailed, roady, comes with tranny service kit and oil, and engine oil and filter, 4 spare painted exterior door handles as the clear was coming off the ones on it.

im not fused if it sells or not if it doesnt i will get round to fixing it right up and putting it on the road one day but i thought if someone wants it its up for the taking any questions feel free to ask or shoot me a pm. also i may consider wrecking it but counldnt be bothered at this stage so if ya are interested in some of the bigger stuff pm me cheers guys

Gday shoey just wondering where abouts the xr8 is and if you had any idea how much id be looking if I got a mechanic to do the big end bearing and how much a 2nd hand auto would be? Forgive me for stupid q's but I don't know much about cars at the moment - only learning hahaha any help is appreciated cheers grant

hey bud the car is in sale as far as gettin a mechanic to do it my mechanic said it would be about 1000-1500 mainly cause he said he would pull the engine out but you can pick up second hand engines for under a thousand and as far as a gearbox someone told me the the bands are prob worn out dunno how much to repair but again you can pick up a second hand gearbox cheap i think i even have one still in a mates shed ya could buy cheap hope that helps
