According to the receipts the box has done something like 22000kms not 3000kms as advertised.

Was the cluster changed int he car or something for the huge kilometre variance?

Oops, they were meant to go to the buyer.

1st rebuild= 22000kms, 2nd rebuild ~ 3000kms AS ADVERTISED.

2 years with 3000 kms since LAST rebuild. Sorry, maybe not recently. But a rebuild is still a rebuild. Not like the seals will rot away in 2 years.lol

Well the second receipt was a repair to the 3rd clutch.
Not a recondition. All the rest of the box is still 22000kms old. So no its not rocket science. You misled people in the ad. Hope the buyer was worked this out before buying it and didnt get burnt.
I have had the solenoids replaced in my box 500kms ago. Does that mean my one was reconditioned 5000kms ago?

no burning the buyer here. If he's not happy ill gladly take it back. I regretted selling the box! Yes i understand what you mean now about the reciepts. Im my mind the thing is practically new. 3000kms or 22000 kms, i could have probably worded it more correctly. So if it will make you happy as someone who has absolutely no intention of buying it what so ever, as one of those annoying persons who like to enter a thread and see how much controversy he/she can create, ill re word it and say that the box was rebuilt 22000kms ago. Sorry if that sounded rude. Maybe you were giving your opinion.....well that was just mine.

Not out to cause controversy mate as you put it.
I have been stung through these forums before and dont like to see it happen to anyone else.
Good to know you sold it. If the buyer is happy and you are happy all is well in the world.

Waggin, it appears i could have possibly been mis-leading in the description. Looking at the receipts, the box is 22000 kms old with a tear down and replacement of certain parts 3000 kms ago. Regardless, to me this is still a box in top condition and if you have any doubts in it in any way then you are welcome to question my actions. Sorry for the incorrect terminology. Please let me know if you are un happy.
Ceers,
Peter
