Stock no engine mods besides a stage 1-shift kit

i have a au series 2 white wagon and im willing to trade for your car only thing is i just spent 2500 on my car i just put the heavy duty tow kit on and a brand new reco transmission, extractors and 2.5" inch system.
what do you think straight swap

Hey mate, would you be interested in a 98 EL falcon, burgundy, paint is in good condition, 198,000km's, Impco gas system allowing 500-570km's to $32 lpg. T5, near new exedy clutch.
