Le Mans Red ED XR6 (December 1993). 194,000 genuine kms, very reliable, interior in as-new condition and exterior in very good condition (just the usual suspects!). Lady driver, non-smoker. Meticulously maintained.

Sports exhaust with chrome tip
Tinted windows (darkest legal)
10-stack CD player
All 4 power windows
Auto transmission overhaul earlier this year
Brand new tyres 2 months ago (Bridgestone GIII)
Air conditioning 110% working (very cold/hot!)
Tow bar (only used 3 or 4 times)
Trip computer
Clear side indicators
LSD in good condition

Great on fuel economy (averages around 10 to 11 L/100 non-granny city driving!)

Displayed at Sydney All Ford Day 2004 and Canberra All Ford Day 2004.

Photos taken prior to windows being tinted. More available soon/on request.

Maintenance history/receipts available for last 5 or so years. Prior to that was a company car.

EOI invited - looking in the higher price bracket for this model, but negotiable. Post here or PM.

I want something that I won't be tempted to spend money on - I'm trying to save!! I've been looking around for a while. Will probably end up with a BA XT or something!

Yeh cos BA XT has EVERYTHING you need.. theres no way you'd want to add the XR cluster, Fairmont Clock, 4 door power windows, Turbo, leather seats, sunroof, mags, lower.. right? :P

Apparently not...
But I'm not after an FBT anyways. I want probably a BA XT with towbar and power windows. That's it!

I was going to post my car up weeks ago, but wanted to wait until I could get my hands on these photos.

I will probably trade it in at a dealer's, but I wanted to offer it to FM members first - it'd be nice to know it's going to a good home!

Believe me, there will be a few tears when my baby goes
