If it is a reputable brand of turbocharger - it should have the A/R stamped on the housings - I only question it because the actual unit appears small in the pics. The impeller also looks a bit on the small side for a 4L...so would probably be a good idea to post up some further factual information so we all know what we are dealing with.

Cheers,
Steve

mate either way it is a genuine garrett turbo

i have included all the info i no

if u are nto interested please do not post and stick to the sale

thanks

This turbo is tiny.. its also very rusty.

i'd say ring up GCG or somewhere and try to get some specs on it because having been stung buying a turbo its better to know what you're getting/selling.

I'm not trying to have a dig or kill your sale or anything, just that i had a turbo sit around for over a year and it never ended up like that. Also, i think turbos are a bit of a high risk market (for unknown specs, dodgy rip offs etc) not that im saying yours is any of the above, but finding out more specs/anything can only help your sale mate!

Fair calls guys, here's what I know about this turbo. T3 flange (going off what I heard over a year ago on the flange), suited to 2L - 2.2L type motor, turbo was built for Striker's flatmate for a 2L motor he was beefing up, numbers are stamped inside the inlet of the exhaust housing, and outlet of compressor housing.

For people afraid of buying blown turbo's, it is always a risk buying used turbochargers, you don't know whats been done with it, seeing as there is no black on the exhaust housing/blades, safe to say it hasn't been used since Rick had it made.

Any questions, I believe vrblou02's internet is having a holiday at the moment, throw any questions here.

Cheers guys
