UPDATE:
i finished folding the main heat shield piece today. the mounting brackets will be folded hopefully on thursday, im running a couple days behind, but should still be finished sometime on the weekend! so we are looking good! cheers

Just a q for ya FAST-XR, I might have to do some additional bending of mine in one or two places to accommodate my gas converter, is this stuff thick?

the shield is 1.5mm thick
now that they are bent already it shouldnt be too hard to bend them further.

update:
mounting brackets are all bent up nuts should be welded on tomorow, i ran out and had to buy some more today then they will b ready to be picked up, or posted. ill let you know when they are done!

Just wondering, when this is all finished.
Any chance you can make these for individuals instead of another group buy? Or is the group buy the best way ? Not too sure when i'll be purchasing my extractors, thats all.

well...
i had some left over material and made a few extra mounting brackets up, when i stumble across some more material to make the shield peice out of (either stainless, aluminium, chequer plate, or whatever i have that is big enough to use ) ill look at selling them off one by one... but thats some time down the track when this group of 15 has been looked after...

ok guys the sheilds are now complete! i will pm the people who are picking them up to arrange a time... to the guys who are getting them posted, not much will happen tomorrow as ill be p****d playing 2 up! but ill hopefully have them all packed on thursday and posted on friday, if not definately monday.... to those who are on the list and havent payed, you have had planty of time to get your a*** into gear, ill wait one more week for you, so please get back to me, otherwise i have a couple people waiting for one, and if they fall through ill ebay them, and after seeing that AU snorkel go for $150, maybe its not such a bad idea! haha

UPDATE:
all heat sheilds have been tested for fitment, and are all assembled! ive just started boxing them, ill have at least half of them boxed and posted tomorow, and the rest of them on monday if they dont make it tomorow! ill see you tomorow fordfreak!
