If a 50d comes up for the right price then don't you worry, I'll be grabbing it! But if I grab a 40d for now then the CF cards, batteries and battery grip will all be compatible with the 50d, not the case with the 450d. Then I only have to do a body changeover to a 50d when I want!! I just bought a 70-200mm f2.8 so yeh... bit tight at the moment!

Nice work on the 70-200, is it the IS version? I'm on the hunt for a 70-200mm f/2.8 IS to round out my collection :D The 100-400mm f/5.6 is too slow for sports if the sun takes a break and too long for some sports :S

The price seems fair, but then again it's only worth what people are willing to pay - recession and all doesn't help. Good luck with the sale!
