I have for sale a 1 1/4in phenolic spacer to suit gt40/explorer/cobra i5.0 intake manifolds in excellent condition with the longer bolts to suit. was on my EB XR8. These retail new for $130

$80 plus postage

Do they even come that thick, i thought 1/2 inch and 3/4?

Did the bonnet close when this was fitted?
That is a chunky spacer :D

yeah it closed on my EB. i had to remove some of the hood lining where the front bolt of the explorer touched but other than that it was fine. When i switched to a tubular GT40 upper there was more clearance

also check your tps clearance aswell
