Yep, 2 of these guys for sale. Watch TV on your computer!
Just slot into a free PCI slot, plug into a TV antenna and you can watch TV, record your favourite programs (mm.. SBS late at night. hahaha). Compatible with optus and foxtel cable. These cards are also well known for their ability to view optus and foxtel cable even if youre not subscribed 
You can also listen to radio. Looking for ~$50ea.

It is 'rumoured' that if you have an existing optus (or foxtel) cable connection terminated in your house, you can plug these tuners in, and with some additional software - view all the channels.
It is alledged that I have seen it working

I don't have and existing service, just a box and dish that will pick up optus given the appropriate receiver.....so I assume this with the software you mention, should do the trick.

Yep, they certainly are analogue. These are one of few cards commercialy available that can be used for the abovementioned.
