Does anyone in Sydney have an aviary and is after a couple of C**k?

I have 5, want to rehome at least 2 of them, not sure about the other 3 at this stage.

The 2 available now are a normal male and a pied female.

Pics are attached (sorry about the quality, its hard through the wire)

Price not important, just after a good home - would like $20 the pair donation to my not for profit animal welfare group I run - 'Pound Pets' (www.poundpets.com.au) from the buyer.

Pickup only, and you need to have an aviary to put them in, they are used to the space.

Thanks,
Martin

G'day mate, its not as strange as it sounds. There are special bird boxes designed for shipping birds - its not as commonly done with budgies and C**k and lower value birds like that, but considering many of the big breeders are in regional areas, shipping birds is more common than you might think.

Personally I don't agree with it, and could not forgive myself if one dies in transit, being an animal lover and alll.

Give me animals over kids anyday (no, I don't have kids).

hey choco,

Not really ideal - they were in cages before I bought the aviary, its so much better, more natural and really makes them look happy. (Yeah, I know that sounds f*cked, but only animal people will know what I mean!!)

C**k are sold pending a guy picking them up.

Slightly off the topic, but still on our animal rescue efforts (and technically the dog is also 'for sale', moreso for 'adoption' but here is our latest rescue dog, Sunny the Shepherd X.
First one in sleeping position (yes, on the lounge, where else??), second posing for the camera.
