Im posting this on behalf of a good mate of mine,

*If you dont have anything constructive to post dont post at all, i dont care for any fully sick s**t as this is a very very nice car. I figure someone may be interested or know someone interested.

Would have to be the cleanest VL I have ever seen, has had alot of money and time put into it.

Holden VLCT SII 1988 10sec
Automatic RB30DET

Currently looking for offers over $20k

VLCT SII 1988
imac blue over silver
perfect body
sunroof
clean interiour

Genuine 10sec vlct
Dyno sheets for 317rwkw
Time slips for 10.88@128mph with footbrake and pump fuel, drive to and back from calder
car has potential for mid 10 pass with more practice
and even 9sec pass with transbrake and more boost with c16 (wont do that untill i get stronger rods)

List of Mods:

T04Z, hi-mount manifold, tial 44mm gate with screamer, JDCustom plenum and piping, micro-tech,
huge fuel system with surge and pump set-up in boot, battery in boot, forged pistons, turbo cam, headwork etc.
Jatco full manual with vasco input shafts 3200rpm dominator hi stall with B&M shifter.
Slamed on polished calais rims,
good sound system with alpine mp3 hu, big amp, 3way splits, boston 6x9s and 1000w pioneer sub.
tacho, boost guage, temp guage, sports steering wheel ( padded center so no trouble)

Genuine reason for sale, at 19 and apprentiship wages havent got time or money to take car out.
Also would like to have no debt and go out at this time of my life, will be back in turbos but..
Scared of cop trouble.

Man he must have spent a s**t on that thing... Especially if John done all the work.
Nice car for a VL though, not over done, just nice and clean.
Very nice setup on the turbo and intake aswell.

Very nice car. Shame I don't have $20k or it'd be over here already. If he's still selling at the end of the year I'd be interested.

Whoever buys it should keep it exactly as it is there. No walky kit. No rims.

That is the perfect sleeper. The idea of it is to keep it looking very standard from the outside, and not attacract attention, which is why the owner wouldn't have had too much trouble (depending on the way they drive) despite being a p plater.

Only problem is no matter how stock you have a VL it grabs the cops attention straight away, they're not stupid lol.

im pretty sure the canary was for the following:

un rwc back tyres
pod filter
to low

would pass rwc pretty easy, turn the boost right down, put an airbox on, standard springs in there.

un rwc tyres is a no brainer, tyres dont exactly last long when they spin without trying, and when your trying they spin up till and beyond 150km/h in dry weather!
