put a new motor in my car and now i have some spare bits left over to sell:

ED head + rocker gear + cam + rocker cover.
had been straightened with new valve stem seals (and maybe valve seats re done?) about 15,000 ago no corrosion (but will have a better look and get some pics tommorow) $200

ED alternator - probably old as the car, but had no problems. $25

pickup preffered on all items - and prices are negotiable

head seemed pretty flat over the weekend ill wash it off with some petrol (some carbon buildup in it) and make it look all pretty like, choice is of 2 rocker covers, one light metallic blue (as per my gallery) and the other is a red EA type one

this thing weight in at almost 40KG, all the rocker gear and cam is still in it, i may try and see if any oil is still in it to reduce weight a bit.

the other problem is that most of the courier companies in geelong dont want to know me because im not a business customer

If you send it in 2 seperate packages (head in one - rocker/cam/cover in the other) they will each weigh in at 20kg, which fits in aussie posts guidelines.

Or you can send via Tasfrieght. They allow walk in customers, and transport of a head (even at 35kg) would be fairly cheap.

And for all those doubters out there, I helped pull this head off the engine. And its very clean and pretty much ready to put onto an engine.

finally got off my a*** to take some pics - youll need to clean the old gasket off it and wash the left over oil through it and probably get rid of some of teh carbon - but thats all just good clean fun!

Head is straight and ready to go on, and as you can see all water galleries are as they should be
