I am looking to sell my 65mm TB that I got off a 4 x 4 Ford Explorer not too long ago. It owes me $150 and I looking for no more and no less than that.

I disagree with that. You will see a decent improvement over the 60mm on a 5.0L (provided you get rid of that small 55mm MAF) - it's about the ideal size. If you go bigger you may find your bottom end suffers a bit. $150 is a reasonable price too. You would need to get your existing EGR spacer honed out to 65mm though.

I agree with that. You plug that into an Explorer and you will definetly get more performance.
