There is nothing wrong with the phone its self just wanting to update again...

It has 4GB of dedicated momory and alo there is space for up to 3000 ( yes that is 3000 no mistake) witch you can acess easy on the i pod like key pad.

Built in 3.5mm hadphone jack for head phones.

It supports a wide range of opoular music codes including MP3, AAC, AAC+.eAAC+, WMA, WAV, M4A and real player.

It comewith a USB port witch allows you quick and easy music transfer.

Has a 2 megapixel camera and WLAN visual raido.

Comes with instruction booklet, A cute little charger stand, a cd for your computer.

The phone is not locked to ANY net work.

now these r selling for well over $650 on ebay still and are a fairly new model phone and they retail for around $1,100

I am willing to let it go for just $480 ono at this price its a steal...

Some people are like slinkies.......... they are
not really good for anything, but..... they still bring a smile to your face when you push
them down a flight of stairs.

Does this model have the same laggy problems as the lower N series? Its like using windows XP on an old computer. I would write a sms on my mates N70 and would have to wait for the phone to catch up.

I have that problem on my N70. Is there any way to make it faster?

Not really.
You can try resetting the factory settings, and deleting as much useless stuff off your phone memory as you can, but that's about it.
