for sale is one RPD R6 cam (and shims) - suit auto (will idle on standard ECU) very lumpy cam, great mid/high power really needs highstall and short diff ratio for best effects (or manual). worked fine in my car with standard XR6 valve springs if your a girly man i can sell you a set of JMM AU springs+retainers for $250. Done approximatly 15,000K's, yours for $100

reason for selling - change of direction and this wont suit my new setup

all power was made after 3000rpm - cant remember what JMM told me about it when they put it on their cam doctor, something about a tight lobe seperation?

RPD never released full specs for this cam or any others, one of their secrets.

Yes, the cam can be dialled in earlier, vernier cam gear will allow that, I have a R6 in my car advanced slightly, power coms in avout 2400, so its already making good power before the BBM switches and that definatly helps.

might be interested in this cam

Will this work on an au motor running on either a ef or el computer?

will be on a manual and diff ratios will be changed in the future..

does this give it the nice lumpy idle sounds?

last dyno was at CV performance, recently pulled 160rwkw, my car is EL xr6 manual, extractors 2½ inch mandrel, high flow cat, pretty fresh bottom en ie 45,000 old on a rebuild. the lump comes from the lift and lobe separation, its not lumpy lumpy though, I've had lumpier when it comes to I6 cams, BUT its nice and rythmic and lets you know its there, there is not heaps done to the motor, just built well kept clean and driven hard.
Power figures are on par with intune motorsport at castle hill was dyno'd within 2 rwkw 18 months apart

I had one of the prototypes ones in my EL, made 151RWKW through a auto. Usual support mods, intake, exhaust, extractors.

sorry guys might help you to know that prior to the cam install the car was making 150rwkw, so about 10rwkw gain, I trust this puts things in perspective.
