gday guys

just took out my rspec3 cam and vernier gear as im returning my engine back to stock so my little brother can have my car to learn in.
got the shims aswell

done only about 5000kms in about 6/7 months.

asking $180

Im interested in the R3 but im worried about the shiming of them.

How many shims does it require? I know standard cams need 1 and the R1 needs 2.

he says shims are included...so I am guessing you will need the same amount of shims that he is using.

It is a cheap buy...if only i had the money =(

yes, i will also attest to the quality of these cams. Cant get any better without changing ecu... Bargain price too with shims and vernier!

this is pretty much the biggest cam u can fit without changing the stock ecu.

got a few ppl that r interested

no u will have to get yourself some heavy duty/double valve springs for this cam or esle u will be doing some serious damage...

guys this cam is really good lacks a bit down low but f**k does it pull hard to the limiter
i got 146rwkw and it was running too rich but thats my fault xr6 fule reg
all i need now is a aftermarket ecu and i should be looking at around 155rwkw
