6 MONTHS REGO

I have decided to sell my Ghia so that I can buy a four wheel drive (lookin at a GQ Patrol if you know of one on gas in WA for under 7 thou)

Anyway I bought the Fairmont at the end of last year from a woman about 35 years old. She had it from new, or near new, not quite sure. It had 210,000 on it when I bought it, now it has about 213,000.

I had a brand new gas system installed and it uses about 15 - 17L /100k's on gas city driving, so it is very cheap to get about in. Even better for highway driving (I have done a few trips to Kojonup and back with no dramas).

Since I got it I have had the head reconditioned and replaced the head gasket (as it was losing coolant and it turned out the original head gasket had blown). So it now has an AU head gasket. I replaced the radiator as I thought that it was the radiator that was losing coolant and I installed a new thermostat and thermostat housing.

The front pads were getting worn and so I replaced them with $130RRP Bendix Ultimate pads, When I did this I also completely flushed/replaced all the brake fluid and bleed the brakes at all wheels.

The car has just been fully serviced, with new engine oil, oil filter, plugs, leads, oxygen sensor, ryco air filter, transmission service kit, transmission fluid and fuel filter.

I also bought new colour matching seat covers for front and back seats as the leather got quite hot when going to the shops or such and the seats are worn from the sun (cracked leather). It has been garaged its whole life, up until 2 months ago when I bought it as I have no garage to put it in. There is one surface scratch, which is on the rear drivers side and I have circled in one of the pictures.

The tyres are near new (at least 85% tread) all round 225's. The spare is the original ford 205 tyre, it has only been driven on once, for less than 50km by the previous owner.

There are no leaks anywhere.

It has all the Fairmont Ghia candy, being the 6 stacker CD player, Premium sound system with more speakers that you need, Leather and woodgrain interior, heaps of chrome, Tickford engine, Limited Slip Differential. Plus it has the ford option wheels, and a very rare option, being the electric seat. It has a tow bar and tow ball, and for some reason a spare tow bar in the boot. It has a spoiler, which I believe was also a ford fitted option, but am not sure.

I had a 2.5" cat back sports exhaust installed and I am extremely happy with the sound, but If you wish I still have the standard size exhaust, which is nearly new, and I can install for you if you would prefer.

To Sum it all up in dot points

- Power steering
- Electric seat
- Leather and woodgrain interior
- near new 225 tyres all round
- Original spare tyre on same mag wheel as the rest
- 213,000 ks
- New radiator
- Head and head gasket just done
- No yellowing in the head lights
- Power windows all round
- Never smoked in, just look at the original, unused cigarette lighter
- Comes with manual
- One surface scratch
- New $130 brake pads
- 2 month old rotors
- 2.5" sports exhaust (or standard exhaust if you prefer)
- Just undergone major service
- new seat covers
- No leaks at all
- 6 MONTHS REGO

Reason for sale is I want to go off road

I am in Mount Nasura, 25km south of the river.

Phone 0430464790 or 93904220 to arrange a viewing or if you have any questions.

I can bring it to you if you are near somewhere I travel to, mainly being Willetton, Bentley, Kelmscott, Mt Nasura and anywhere in between or not too far away.
