yes it does have the electric antenna and will post.
$15 plus postage. when the car was semi whole i moved it up and down an inch or so, it does work but needs and clean and will be good.
did you want the switch too?

iv shipped a cyl head to QLD was $143, but that was smaller, about prob weighs less. so expect the price to be about the $140ish mark.
