Hi ppl,

I bought a VH sedan a while ago, wasn't sure if i was going to wreck it or do a quick tidy up, but it's time to do something with it, i'm going to wreck it, as i can use a couple of bits for my Hz Panel Van project.

Item For Sale: Vh V8 sedan [ I'm wrecking it in pieces ]

Items from the VH for sale

Engine - 253 blue motor, complete minus electric dizzy setup ( keeping it for my pano )
It's a decent runner that needs a tune up. 164k kms old IIRC
VR 40980 Engine Number

Body parts - Most panels are availble, inc decent doors, boot lid, hood, and so on
Interia parts - Most of it's still there for the taking
Transmission - Trimatic, good condition, 164k kms old
Diff - Good condition, drum brake GU7
Complete Aircon setup availible, out of gas currently
Complete power Steering setup availible

The car is currently running and drivable, no rego so can't be test driven. I may be interested to part with the complete car EXCEPT the electric dizzy setup for the right money. I am using the dizzy on my Panel Van

All parts are open to offers, if you would like something, please post it here and what your willing to pay for it, then we can haggle.

Bump, been a while since i first posted this up.

So nobody needs any VH commy parts at all? Damn, i need to get rid of it, it's taking up too much room in the front yard!

Good luck fitting VH power steering to a HZ.. some major chassis and leyland P76 parts needed there!

I really don't know if it will fit a 6cyl. I've got a couple of starters from my Torana 6cyl in the shed, i'll give them a test if your interested.

The power steering setup, rack drives good, pump i don't believe leaks, but it's been sitting a while ( with fluid in it ). Price, $120 rack & pump, you would need to pay shipping. Which i don't know if it will be worth it, i doubt Aus Post will ship the rack, pump could be packaged up tho.

For the HZ, i'd just buy a HZ power steer setup, they are not that hard to find.
