But am very interested...LOL bloody cars. tis indeed an expensive hobby hahaha. so far i can buy it. i managed to sell parts of my EA for cash =D so im in for a cat back exhaust for an EL.....that does include 2 mufflers and a resonator? or straight through pipe? phong =P~

to the guy that wanted to know , the lukeys r mild steel mandrel bends, they aint alumina which sounds scary to me anyway cos i wudnt be bolting up aluminium for an exhaust, its easy to fit or if ur in melb i can do it for u, yes u can buy ur own tip but i think the straight pipe is trick but its all about personal tastes

EDIT: one more thing......can i get a resonator for the rear part of the exhaust instead of a muffler for the same price? phong =P~

Mate i have found a post from a few years ago which outlines this. You stuck a set of lukey extractors on your car with the original s**t house cat(2.5" flanges) and old exhaust system. You noticed low down power. Then you say a while later you got pacemaker comps 4480, High Flow cat and 2.5" mandrel bent system installed and you noticed a really good power improvent. Now since fitting the complete new exhaust system you have been bagging out these extractors on every post. If you had stuck the lukey's on with the new high flow cat and 2.5" exhaust, I don't think you would be saying all this crap. Extractors only work properly as long as the rest of the system is up too scratch. Cheers......................... |
