Good luck with it mate, ...I hope your PB gets an a**-whooping!

I've yet to see what my EL can do down the quarter, but the previous owner ran a PB of 14.3 @ 97mph at Calder Park, and averaged 14.5 on his other runs.

He missed 3rd on a couple of those runs, ...so I at least shouldn't have THAT problem!

You got me excited now about the shifter Wade, ...DOWN boy! *gets out the ice-pack*

BTW, whooped a Monaro (he was baiting me for about 10K's on Old Coast Rd, Falcon) in my stocko BA XR6T tonite, almost missed my turn-off ...had to take it sideways, drums & s**t flying everywhere Hehe

installed mine yesterday

Only problem is, there is a LOT of cabin noise... ive used the insulation and most of the rubber mat and its still loud... i get a vibration noice and gearbox whine through the floor... anyone found a fix for this yet? i might just get a lot more insulation and pack it up ;)

But shifts are awesome... very fast

sorta felt like it was floating, over rolls in the road and stuff... maybe it was just me being paranoid... ive gotten back under the car since, and tried to jack it up and fasten it higher... but its as high as it goes... theres no movement

On the plus side, while under the car this time, i worked out why theres a screeching noise, like metal on metal over bumps and on idle... one of the mounting supports from my old exhaust was left 'hanging' there... and was rubbing against the new exhaust :P fixed now...

they may be for the T-45's? which is the other gearbox this shifter suits...

Gearbox seems fine now, although i didnt adjust anything! oh well... i get a vibration though, a loud vibration when accellerating more than 50%.. cant be stopper bolts cause i spaced them correctly.. maybe ill just insulate and hope for the best ;)
