Just take off old head, bolt on new. Simple stuff.

I've shipped a head from Sydney to Albury before, I think it was $80.

as for fitting i have all the instructions from JMM, including the settings for the adjustable timing gear, along with head bolt tensions.

I was going to say $20, but it sounded way too low :P There you go - $20 to send a head from Sydney to Albury! What carrier was that with?

It was with Vic Fast, they do all Victoria, and runs to Sydney, I've used them a couple of times now, they are nearly always half the price of other freight places...

All sounds good but being an EF head i would need the complete 2:1 ratio rocker gear set to run it on my AU i guess. Or is there another easier way?

it comes with the complete rocker rack rebuilt with new HLA seals, with rockers, i assume you could pull your old rocker rack out, and put this rack in.

so you would have AU bottom end and bolt ons, with an EF head basically.

Not 100% sure if this works, but in theory you would think so
