Now I know 2/10s of f**k all about UHF radios and the stuff but are these ones like CB radios that I can use on the cruises and stuff?

yep sorry should have added specs, they are oricom .5 watt (i think from memory) hand held uhf radios. will work on all fordmods cruises and the handsfree option is excellent works on voice activation for auto transmission
