I've decided to sell my flash tuner as i've got no real use for it for atleast another 12 months or so yet....

The unit has been used on an AU I6... the car has been returned to stock tune... all that remains to be done is to be unlocked and load your own tunes onto it.... asking for $450....

Item is in Brisbane... posting on ebay shortly

Thanks
Trent

Does it have the generic AU tunes on it at the moment, and are they able to be used on another car without unlocking?

it does have generic tunes on it atm... but no you can't use it on another car without unlocking it... i believe you'd also need to load new generic tunes onto as well...

mainly aiming the sale at those who are planning on getting their own tune done....

according to capa its $75 for a VIN clearance, and $150 for a VIN clearance and loading of tunes.

So basically if you were getting it tuned somewhere you would use the $75 clearance and get your own tunes done up by your local mods shop.

If you just wanted the stock tunes for now you would go the $150 option.
