Changing the center involves removing the diff cover plate, rear brakes, axels, popping the old center out, removing the crownwheel, bolting crownwheel to new center and then putting it all back together. Thats assuming the new center already has bearings on it and doesnt need any shimming.

Its not hugely difficult (there are a few tricks) but its not changing the spark plugs either.

biff do you know how much work is involved to make your 3:7 gears
fit properly

if you do that you need all new bearings around $300
plus the lsd is $300
labour charge is $100 to $150 to do the job

so in short no i cant fit it for $350
