NOW 11K VERY CHEAP EL XR8 Having to sell one of the falcons running a tad short on cash and have to part ways with one of em 1997 EL XR8 190000kms (almost) 4 Speed BTR Auto - just been service/refilled Midnight Blue 17"x8" ROH Circuit Rims - Tread is still fine 2 months ACT rego left on it Mechanically A1 - paint excellent and interior is spotless Just had a major service 2000kms ago EL XR Venom front bar off my xr6 to go on her this week or next DBA slotted rotors all round with Bendix advance pads and bearings fitted thursday last week Fuel consumption when driving easy is the same as my EF XR6 Car has been looked after and mostly garaged - alternates between the xr6 and 8 Please direct enquires via FM - and FM PM or email to kbechaz@yahoo.com.au/kevin.bechaz@centrelink.gov.au Cheers

Mate dont keep dropping the price. V8s arent popular at the moment. My Fairmont Ghia V8 has been advertised for 3 months now with only 2 bites.

yeah i know but have to do what it takes to sell it...im not really gonna move mch on the mark its on now....god damn fuel situation....if i didnt need the cash id keep it....or if it didnt take so much work id move all my audio/videogear into it and sell the xr6 but just too much work and money involved to do it

Have you thought of de-registering and de-insuring it, and just storing it. That way it won't cost you any further.

The thing is I have a really nice six now that almost at the stage where I will be entering it in tonnes of shows. But Im not someone who will spend heaps on a car make it look awesome and then garage and barely drive it...to me theres no point I love driving mine.....also I'd really like to get the car resprayed with some mild motor work...so selling the 8 would greatly help me achieve this.

I was suggesting you garage the 8, but keep it for sale, that way it won't cost you anything until it's sold. And depending how much rego/insurance you got you may get back ~$1K.
