Selling my beloved Honda VT250F Special Edition Road Bike. The Special Edition model featured full fairing and twin front disc brakes as standard.

It's a 1985 V-twin with 6-speed gearbox and aftermarket exhaust. It sounds awesome, goes just as well, if not better than the new 250's and still looks reasonably modern.

However, it is a 1985 bike that has been well loved. There is a crack on the top fairing and the usual scuffs, scratches and dings.

I love this bike but haven't been using it anywhere near as much as I would've liked to.

It's done 65k odd km's and has just had all the electrics fixed up including new voltage regulator and ignition module. Parts totalled $600. They had to be replaced thanks to a dud battery from Supercrap.

Comes with a box of spares including, spare seat, instrument cluster, headlight, tail light, voltage regulator and a bunch of other gear. I think there's even a spare cylinder head! It also comes with the maintainence manual in PDF form on a CD.

ASKING $1500!!! This is a bargain for any bike no matter what condition it's in. Try to find a bike for under $2k!

When I got them about a year ago you simply pay $315, do a two day course and wallah! You have you L's!

Just ring Transport SA and they'll point you in the right direction.
