Item: EL XR Front Conversion (also suit EF) - includes lower skirt and fog lights
Price: $900.00
Type: Part
Condition: Used

Description: I've got for sale a genuine EL Tickford XR full front bar fitted with brand new brake duct covers. The bar is currently in primer, but not a very good job. There is no physical damage to it. Behind the brake duct covers are mounted Narva lights (I'll try and find model details later) - these are fitted with Narva H3 Artic Blue globes.
Included also is the genuine Tickford twinlights in excellent condition - these have had LED's fitted in them to illuminate the inside high beam to give the twinlight look even at low beam. Fitted in these are Narva H1 Artic Blues in the low beams and Narva H3 Plus 50's in the high beam.
Also included are the genuine indicators fitted with Narva Artic Blue 5W wedge park globes and Narva Phantom indicator globes.
Fitted to the bar is also a genuine Tickford EF lower skirt (the EF skirt is more agresive at the sides than the EL as it flares up higher). This is a genuine plastic one, not a fibreglass aftermarket copy. There is some scratches to it on the underside and the paint job is in terrible condition.
All the globes are brand new.

Located in Hobart, Tasmania, still fitted on the vehicle, but won't take long to remove.
I'm happy to organise freight at buyers expense - do not ask me for quotes, you should be aware of how large and the weight of these so if you want a quote you can make the phone calls.
If your local I'm happy to deliver.

Pictures tomorrow.

$900?

Bargain.

But, and purely curious here, why not remove the plastic ducts and then mount the lights?

Buyer can do that if they like. Or if there fussy I can do it for them.
Personally I hate the tacky look of the lights mounted down there sticking out and what not. I didn't add the lights for better light output, more for the newer look (you'll notice most new cars coem with lower bar lights factory fitted these days).

And glad you think the price is good - I do to. I'm very suprised no ones taken it, especially being here in Tasmania were Tickfrd/XR stuff is non existant!

Guys I paid $1200 for an EF XR one in the exact same great condition as this one. THe EL XR one looks better so this is a bargain.

*wonders how much I can sell it on Ebay for*

I'm considering seperating if anyone is interested in offering for individual parts?

Try Ebay. Might be worth a shot especially at that price.

no idea where to start, the fact you in TAS makes it a bit hard, but I'll throw you $100 plus freight/post for the lip for a starter, let me know if I'm waaay off the mark and I'll revise my offer

Ok, I am VERY interested in the bar.....

Only problem is, your in tas....

Any ideas how hard it would be to get something like that freighted to SA?

Will know in the next few days if I can get the money together.....have wanted one for a very long time.

Simon
