I personally wouldn't be paying much more then 20k.. the T5 is a big point against it.

werent all factory BA turbo manuals T5s, i thougth the 6spd didnt come out till later

Yes thats correct, they didnt come out till mid 2005

The T5 is rubbish.. a fair few driven hard but not abused cars with no more mods then an air filter are having trouble with them. It's really not up to the power of an XR6T let alone with modifications. The T56 six speed came out with the BAII and is a much better bet.

mark 2 BA I think it was....

well just going off the dreaded redbook values I think your xr should be 23grand minimum....

mark2s are about 26500

but that is redbook figures which always very low and should only be used with caution
