G'day guys.

Just making an expression of interest to see if anyone would be interested in buying my twEECer out of the ute.

Original purchase price with tuning was $1440. That was $895 for the tweecer and the rest was custom tuning and dyno time.

It has been tuned to suit my current combo which is basically AFR 165 heads, Crane 2040 (E-303), 24lb Injectors, 75mm MAF and 65mm T/B. It made 285rwhp (212rwkw) and 330ft/lbs of torque.

All the AFR's are perfect, idles beautifully at 900rpm considering the E-303 is supposed to have a prick of an idle and has made the whole combo run very smoothly.

It has been in the ute for about 5months now and done very little work, about 2500k's to be exact.

It has 5 seperate tunes loaded into it, 1 - Standard, 2 - Valet, 3 - Reg unleaded, 4 - Performance (98ron) and 5 - Valet.

Basically would be looking around the $750 mark but am negotiable on the price.
Please reply here or PM.

Cheers Jeff

I'm pretty sure its an EEC-IV, it has EEC-IV on the airbox lid  .

Would the catch code from the ECU help you identify wether its an EEC-IV or EEC-V?

As far as i know the TwEECer isnt compatible with e-series 4.0L, only the 5.0L.
Someone may be able to correct me on that though.

EECV was introduced in 1995, and XH utes are definately EECV, so I am guessing you have a jumper plug or something of the like made.
Mate, could be interested, get some details for me, I am guessing you got it from Pete. I will be using it with an ELGT EECV should it be suitable.

Mate as far as the jumper plug goes to adapt from EEC-IV to EEC-V i wouldnt have a clue.
It was purchased from BPT Motorsport, wether they got it from Pete or bring it in themselves im not sure.
I would say it would have no drama being compatible with the ELGT ECU, best bet is get ya catch code from the ECU and swing it past Pete so he can check if its gonna be compatible.
I do know that some ECU's can be more compatible than others, allowing more areas to be tuned, Terry mentioned the ECU in my ute was one of the best he has had to tune.

Showing interest. If it runs an EF xr8, Definately interested.
Just wanna give BPT the catch code and see if they have much support for it.
Cheers

My ef isn't compatible with a tweecer, My catch code was 4DEF.

Some EF's can and some cant. I think a 6DDG, 6DEF and a few other catch codes can run em.

To run the twEECer on a 4.0L you need to do the MAF conversion. Which requires using the twEECer on a Mustang computer over the standard 4.0l comp or something.
Been a while since i checked it out.
