I was just down at Auto One in Rockingham the other day. The owner, I think his name's Steve (terrible with names), is selling his white XF Falcon. It's got a fresh 392 in it which is a ball-tearer. It's got Edelbrock heads and heaps of other stuff which I don't remember! Haha. He spent 18 large on the motor and he wants 20k for the car. It's pulled 11.8 and he reckons it's good for another half a second or so. He gave me a blip of the throttle and OMG! I've never experienced anything as responsive. He's not had it on the dyno, but it makes some unbelievable power and it sounds mint!

He's a Ford freak and if you live in that area and need anything for your car, I'd recommend heading down there. He knows the Ford motors like the back of his hand as he builds his own. I only went in there chasing plugs and he gave them to me cheap as, then I bought another couple of things off him and he looked after me on them too.

He's selling the car to fund his new project, a drag '69 XR ute. I think that's the year and model. Either way, it looks mean as.
