its been used on fighter planes since WW2, became more popular in automotive use back in the sixties right up to now.
I use to run one on my old 351c corty because of the high compression, it used to run on regular leaded fuel. av-gas was out of the question for everyday use. use to mix 70% methylated spirit & 30% water.

In regards to this if you have a supercharger with water water injection on a AU I6 would you be able to use the same ratio of 70% meth 30% water.
Correct me if Im wrong but does the water injection only get used when you hit full throttle?
