I've just bought a used B&M (which became Weiand which then became Holley) 174 supercharger. It didn't come with a belt. It uses a 10 rib micro-vee belt. Anyone know where to get these from? Anyone running one of these, it would be a real help if you could get the manufacturers name for it.

thanks in advance

Gates/Dayco.
They usually aren't specific for any brand of supercharger, 10 rib belt will most likely be off a truck.
You'll have to figure out what length you need though.

Bursons are usually pretty good for odd belts!

I've tried a few agents for Gates, Bosch belts, etc and nobody seems to have one the correct length. If anybody runs one of these superchargers can they check the manufacturers name and the belt code number for me?

Thanks again

The belt part number will be 10pk____, insert the length of the belt in mm at the end.
What sort of tensioner setup is on it?
You might be able to go a slightly shorter or longer belt then what appears to be ideal, if the tensioner can make up the difference.

OK, just in case anybody else is looking for a replacement belt for their B&M 174 blower I thought I'd post a follow-up. I managed to source one through a US company called Jaydee Enterprises Inc located in Willoughby Ohio. The correct size is 10PK1225. Jaydee were excellent to deal with and were happy to send the belt via a USPS flat rate international shipping box. I bought 2 belts for US$20 each and postage was a mere US$15. They took payment by credit card, and it arrived in 10 days. I highly recomend this company.

By way of comparison, a "genuine" B&M belt was something crazy like US$90 plus shipping plus handling charge.
