i have a f6 typhoon just wondering if these cars are spped limited and if so wat to. i have had mine above 260 km sevreal times. on private roads mind u. i was lead to belive they are limited 230. could something be wrong

the speed limiter was probably removed when you got the tune!!

Yeah 250 stock, like mr.kiss said, tune probably removed the limiter.

Speedo is inaccurate at that kind of speed.
Custom tunes generally don'r raise the limiter.

Never mind then.
(What'd the speedo show? probably closer to 180) For those interested, the 'police mode' on the cluster actually shows accurate speed (it always agrees with my GPS).

Can be set using an OBD2 tool. Turns on a digital readout of your real speed (and a 'P'). Also turns the bottom right button on the cluster (dim - or trip) into a speed hold mode (press it and it remembers the speed you were doing).
Lookup the thread on 'scantool fun' details in there. Note you loose you're odometer while the engine is running.

APS has a stage 3 kit on a ba xr6 turbo that hit 304-6KM/h.. was in a "MOTOR" -"tuners" magazine ages ago.... hope you have a "will"...
