Anyone know who makes the adapter plates to fit a BA/F I6 turbo exhaust manifold to E-series and AU heads?

It has been done .. But I would say the expence would outway buying a specific custom exhaust manifold.. Besides I doubt anyone would have any warrenty on it..
The only way I can see it done other than welding cast iron ? Is to make a 13mm steel plate holes drilled for exh ports etc . Studs on one side and bolts through the other..
From memory the exh bolt pattern is different...
