given that the "ho" intake(and all the others) are from the States, so was once opening to the other side on the engine bay could you do that insted their for shorting the lenght of pipe from the cooler to the T/B, which would keep the psi up? and also making it easier to plump up?

2 points, it looks very much like an EL and it looks like theres an 8 on the badge on the side. So i'd say it aint a 6.

my standard price for a custom intercooler setup is $1550

though with your car it would be more.

first thing is i would move the battery to the boot, second is to turn the top half of the manifold around. (or get a better flowing ford item and again have the TB on the drivers side)

yours would be closer to $1800 polished TIG welded S/steel with high pressure and temp silicon hose and heavy duty clamps.

Or put in some elbow grease and do it yourself.
Should cost around $800 with cooler and cooler piping (not polished) custom made.

If you don't mind trying some stuff yourself, like mounting to cooler, but get an exhaust place to do your piping, then you'll save a s**t.

Not really.. Phil (e-series guy) saw it, went home, grabbed his camera and took some happy snaps. It was parked in front of some tuning workshop here in SA...
