Hi,

Just wondering what peoples thourghts are on this cooler?.
http://www.gktech.com.au/products/?ID=57
Are all of the coolers from china basicly the same apart from size and type?.

Ive heard that these coolers do a fairly good job and dont cause problems so was thinking i would save some money on the intercooler and spend more money on a turbo and fuel system.

Any help would be great.
Thanks

as much as most intercooler builders hate to admit it, these coolers ACTUALLY work, and work very well.... it has caused a huge stir with places like ARE and PWR

ive heard a lot of good hp cars using them, i myself have one of the china bar and plates, works a treat.

Well thats good to hear for the money i dont think that you could go wrong. I think ill get one and give it a go.

I was thinking going the 75mm thick as im not aiming for big hp(yet) but would it be worth getting a 100mm so i dont have to upgrade down the track?.

Will i have issues fitting a 100mm in the front of an xf?.

Thanks guys your info has been helpfull.

not sure how it will fit in an xf, but they are quite big coolers, they are big in the front of an eb, getting a diferent bumper to cover it

one thing i have learnt is buy big the first time to save buying twice

I'll have a look at my front end and see how much space i have avalible. I did a cardboard cutout of a 75mm thick cooler and theses heaps of room for that so i think ill look into the 100mm. I think they are only $100 more anyway.

These cheap intercoolers are thebest thing to hit the turbo world... I'm on to my 5th one in 2 years and none have leaked and all have done a great job in reducing inlet temps on all my cars
