well for 1 u need to learn to type and spell

you are worse than me

a supra box will be killed in seconds behind the thyphoon engine

if u want an auto box
fidn teh one that came with the engine as it will be a 6speed and damn good one at that

If you want a full manuelised auto then u will be looking at something like a c4 and its not cheap to build a proper c4. Mine cost $5500.00 which included converter, lines, fittings, oil cooler, B&M pro ratchet shifter and installed.

But i think the ZF 6speed is the way to go. Try and get a engine and 6 speed together.

Wont be able to put a stall in the ZF 6 speed let alone manualise it.

I would be looking at a C4-C6 ,727 torqueflite or even a powerglide if it is purely for strip use.

Try finding one from an earlier falcon, Try Dellow Automotive for a bellhousing, Maybe Castlemaine rod shop might have something to suit.

WHat car is the motor getting fitted to? is the car street driven as well? What times/power are you aiming for?

Going to have problems with that. Typhoons only came with a 6speed manual, or the 6 speed ZF Auto.

The 4spd BTR auto wasn't strong enough, so the BA2 F6's were manual only, until the BF + ZF came along.

I don't think manualising a ZF is possible (or if it is, it won't be cheap, as the shifting is all done electronically, except for P, R, N, and D)

You may be able to get away with a 4spd BTR from a XR6T, but it'll have to be strengthened a lot.

the word's (wit full racin shift kit are being used alot) ha ha. if your gunna have it on the road alot i would just go the btr out of the ba's, then you have overdrive. get it rebuilt, and they seem to hold a fair bit of power for a while. just rebuild it when it need's it... or other option 3 speed.
i think a 6 speed will be faiely hard, and then you can't do anything with them anyway. don't the 4speed still have a quicker time?

seriously, just build up the SOHC motor with a turbo.

either go built up BTR or TKO600 (5spd manual)

I would agree his best option is an old manualised 3-speeder..

Depends what supra box your talking about, there is a good 3-4 types, the w-series would get killed, but my R154 holds up to my 1000Nm of gt42 torque ok.. hasnt busted it, although ive cryo treated it and made a good 2nd gear thrust

Get an adapter and fit a G.M T350 / T400 with 3000 converter and 3.08 / 2.892 final drive..
The new auto boxes can be sort of manual shifted anyway..??
Mal Wood MAY have some auto's ?? He's a manual trans guy but he may have some auto ??
At Least Warrick is closer..
