You need to stop getting angry, and try to get some photos of this sump modification. I'm sure plenty of people would be keen to see it. Myself included.

Can someone ban this guy? His words make my head hurt and he keeps posting in the only section I read on here.

Id love to see this mod to the barra, chopping the k frame up isnt to my liking, if I were to do a swap I would rather mod the sump. I would love to see a dry sump more than anything, but thats a bit over the top.

it would be nice to see a moded sump work but if it was even slightly a chance of getting away with this sump mod in a ed, it wouldnt happen in an el because the k frame is slightly different again, and fuk his spelling is terrible, i know people who dropped out of school in year 7 that can spell better than him

the sump can be ground down (like an AU sump into EA-ED) for an EA-ED and have a few mm clearance, but NOT a chance in hell for an EF/L

I was wondering what you were going to do with all the capital letters you were saving up, now I know :)
Also, just an observation, but you're 36 years old and you dont know when to use of or off? lol.

Just out of curiosity, even if a dry sump mod was done wouldn't there still be issues with the oil pump? Or is the oil pump re-located? Sorry for the newb questions but I don't know much about dry sump's.

Cheers,
Tomo

Dry sump's require an external oil pump whish is usually driven off the crank pulley.

It can be modified BUT it also needs to be strengthened back to
at least original strength and signed off by the local authority..
Usually by welding or bolting extra sub frame etc ...
