Hahaha arc welder will do mate if not have to borrow my dads bosses mig when it comes time to do it. We'll see any ways I seen a nice set up yesterday with a water cooled inter cooler look fanbloodytastic

You wouldn't need to weld .
You could buy a aluminum intercooler kit on eBay for $125. And you can choose what you want and what size. So 6x aluminum piping any bend / length / size 6x any silicon tube 6x hose clamps . And theres a few more you can choose from too. But I'd say the pipe would be the cheapy stuff . He says it's 2mm thick. There's an aluminum place in my area which sells good quality ally pipe . I'll be getting most of mine there and silicon joins off eBay

Hahaha they look alright. Nothing wrong with them.saves ya fin around and welding s**t. I want to fit a en plenum with gas research and instead of running the pipe all the way around to the bbm just run straight from the guard into the tb.
