hey guys i bought a capa vortech fmu. but im not sure how to adjust it, i checked the capa site and no help there but from what i read on there site, it says it adjust its self to the fueling of the car. i might be wrong on this. but if anyone knows that would be great and can i get rid of my stock reg

No you keep your stock reg.
The FMU has calibration disks in it, depends on what type ratio it is. Cant really change it unless you buy the disks from Crapa.

It goes on the fuel return line to the tank.
