You can cut the T3 flange off and weld a T4 on.
Failing that, you'll need something similar to if not larger than this ebay special.
It doesnt mention wheel sizes, but itd get you 220+rwkw.

A T04E ebay turbo will get you 200 odd rwkw on about 5-7psi though, so if you cranked one up to 9psi you might get 250, though I dont know how long it'd last.

The flange has extra bolt holes outside the current one

A gt35r has a T3 flange and will make the 300 you are after.

oh yeah what price range am i looking at? theres ones on ebay for 650ish but are they s**t? i dont wanna blow the a*** out of my engine i want it be to semi-reliable as it will be a daily as well..

E85 is pritty expensive though. Keep that in mind if you are planning on driving it everyday/
