These were recommended to me by wade as competition use Turbo grinds.

@0.050" = 214 degrees

Exhaust duration

Valve lift = 0.520" (inlet and exhaust)

LSA = 115 degrees

Inlet open 20 degrees Btdc

overlap = 43 degrees

Opening and closing events (@0.050")

Inlet open 6 degrees Atdc

Overlap = -16 degrees

Intake Centreline = 113 degrees

Would either of them be any good for a street/strip or strip only cam? I have access to a stockpile of E series cams that I can get reground but I'd like to be close to the ballpark first time round instead piss f@rt around, especially since I still have to get the rest of my motor built.
