no the head isnt held down with studs is it ,they screw into the side of the head so you can mount the turbo manifold on it ,it slids over them makes it easier then trying to hold the manifold up and do the bolts up

well for little trial fit of the flange i didnt put in any washers on, i just found a nut in the shed that fitted. But i might have a crack with a sring washer and a thickish solid washer...

I emailed the turbo supplier today aswell, so I'm waiting to see what he says.

Yep, but your flange looks a bit thin... a thicker flange, with gasket and washers on nuts will work for those studs

hi

"I'm aiming for 200 - 220rwkw to beging with"
from all the writting i gather staright LPgas on a GasReasearch setup

Should make some nice power on gas , how do you intend to control ignition timing ? specially under boost condition.

cheers

Well yes it will be staight GRA LPG, as for the timing, at the start I'm going to see how it goes running the STD comp with the wastegate set to 6.8psi.

But i doubt it wouldnt take me to long before i would want to start cranking up the boost, and there for needing something to control the ignition. I Looked at the possibility of a chip, but from as far as i know I dont know if any would have a MAP sensor input. So because my car is an auto, and its staying auto, I would probably need to get something like a MSII or wolf or something similar and get it piggybacked in.
